growth marketing. Starting in Canada as a robotics and mechanical engineer,
he transitioned into real estate, joining one of Canada’s top firms, RE/MAX.
There, Shrey quickly stood out — not only as a realtor but as a marketing
innovator helping agents and clients amplify their reach in a digital-first world.
He created engaging, AI-powered video content and managed social media campaigns that helped realtors generate leads, build their brand presence, and close sales faster. This hands-on experience with content strategy, next-gen
editing, and platform algorithms gave Shrey a unique perspective on how
marketing drives business outcomes
Returning to India, Shrey partnered with Cody (Tishya) to lead marketing and operations for fitness and healthcare brands, including a Pan-India diabetes
awareness project. Together, they co-founded Elyshiv — a creative growth agency built to help small and mid-sized businesses scale with bold strategies and measurable results.
